Le Fenouiller is a small pretty French village and has a large Lake with a wind surfing school and fishing area. Le Fenouiller is located 2 miles from Saint Gilles Croix De vie, a busy town with a pretty fishing harbour and large beach, excellent for the surfers. The town has 5 markets a week selling locally produced vegetables, cheeses and wines and lots of other items and in the summer months it holds several night markets a week, selling craft items. It also has a busy cobbled street full of shops, a Casino and a Cinema. Also within the area are 3 large supermarkets. |
