The studio apartment is ideal for two as either a base to explore the area or to stay and chill in the beautiful garden and relax on the large decked area. Recently refurbished to high standards.

Le Fenouiller village centre is a short walk away, which is nice to visit to collect your fresh morning bread. Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is approx 2 miles away, you can drive, walk or cycle along the country paths and roads where you will arrive at the beautiful Atlantic coastline.

The studio consists of a double bed, wardrobe, kitchen area, dining area and an en-suite Shower room which contains a toilet, sink and shower. Books, games and a TV/DVD player with a large choice of films which are available for your use (the TV is only for use for the DVD Player as it is not linked to an arial). There is also a hair dryer provided.

The double doors of the studio apartment open onto the front garden which you will have full use. Sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ are all included in the price, use of a patio heater is available at a small additional cost.

The kitchen area consists of a fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, essential kitchen equipment and a eating area.
