The self catering Studio Apartment / Gite is set only 2 miles from the golden sands of Saint Gilles Croix De Vie, in the pretty village of Le Fenouiller. Le Fenouiller is a traditional French village, with a bakers, supermarket, post office and two bars. Both bars are friendly, one has a routiers restaurant serving a 4 course meal with a carafe of wine and coffee for under 10 euros the other one serves pizzas, pasta and sandwiches to eat in or take away.
The apartment has been refurbished with a brand new en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Outside the apartment is a large decked area, Sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ are all included in the price, use of a patio heater is available at a small additional cost*. As well as the decked area, you will have full use of the front garden, with sunny and shaded areas. There is one private parking space provided.
The apartment Contains a double bed, kitchen area, with a fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and other essential items. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. A welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. The property is Non-Smoking and Not suitable for pets. The rest of the house is owned by an English couple who are always on hand to help should you require it.
